  • How Long Does the Return Process Take?

    Once we receive your return:

    • Processing takes 5–7 business days.
    • Refunds may take an additional 3–5 days to reflect in your account.
  • Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

    Items must:

    • Be in original condition.
    • Have tags attached.
    • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
      Customized items are not eligible for returns.
  • How to Start a Return Request

    To return an item:

    1. Log in to your account and go to "Order History."
    2. Select the item and click "Return or Exchange."
    3. Follow the instructions to ship it back.
