How Long Does the Return Process Take?
Once we receive your return:
- Processing takes 5–7 business days.
- Refunds may take an additional 3–5 days to reflect in your account.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Items must:
- Be in original condition.
- Have tags attached.
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Customized items are not eligible for returns.

How to Start a Return Request
To return an item:
- Log in to your account and go to "Order History."
- Select the item and click "Return or Exchange."
- Follow the instructions to ship it back.
